I simply wanted my deposit returned to its original payment method but this is being refused and my money held. I ask to make a complaint and I am told it can't be done on live chat so I'm given an email which when I've sent the complaint no one gets back. You can submit a complaint, but it won't matter. We can't return anything to you, without receiving the necessary documentation.
