The problem was not similar to yours however, and finally turned out to be simply my own error (of sorts). But that also went through the game providers check and it took time. So, just pointing out, that sometimes these can take painfully much time to solve. But if everything is legit (your Midi Jackpot win and all), I’m sure you will get it when all the relevant research is done by the game provider and Unibet Team handling the issue.
