Withdrawal on Hold

My withdrawal is still on hold. I really need that money. I do not understand why is on hold... when we deposit it takes a second and then when we withdraw it takes ages.  My account is 100% completed, they dont ask for any documents so I don't see why it takes long...

Have you contacted customer support with your problem? Live chat (https://unibet-int.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch) would be the fastest way to solve this. Chat is available in English 24/7.

There might be some hold up with with the method of withdrawal or something. Best to contact the customer service first. I’ll also tag @Jami-Unibet from the Unibet staff.

Yes i have contacted customer support on chat and they said that they still verify my account so I don't understand why it takes so long to verify my account and on my account is showing that my account is 100%complete. So I don't get it. Please help.

Hey man just wondering how often u experience this issue? Don't tell me unibet decided to pull an exit on us all? I can withdraw smooth before and now my withdrawal keeps getting cancelled?
