I bet on Manchester City and Chelsea to win to nil and the games finished a while ago and is still on open 

Do I have to do anything to receive my winnings?

I don’t know if the status of your bet has already changed during these couple of hours (probably), but you shouldn’t have to do anything. Winnings should come (and bets settle) automatically.
