Unfortunately, I have no possibility of checking further your specific problem since I’m not a Unibet staff member. I can only give advice from my own experience as a customer.  I’m certain that your issue gets solved as soon as possible. Just try to stay calm - these things take a while now and then. It’s normal. Furthermore, as you’ve contacted customer support about 3-4 hours ago, they are probably handling the issue as we speak. @Jami-Unibet (who is a Unibet staff member) will surely follow this and give you update and further help if necessary when he’s back on the shift.
