i have the same problem with withdrawal via ecopayz..11 days and i havent money.

Thanks for tagging me 🙂! Unfortunately, I have no possibility of checking further your specific problem since I’m not a Unibet staff member. I can only give advice from my own experience as a customer.
 

I’m certain that your issue gets solved as soon as possible. Just try to stay calm - these things take a while now and then. It’s normal. Furthermore, as you’ve contacted customer support about 3-4 hours ago, they are probably handling the issue as we speak.

@Jami-Unibet (who is a Unibet staff member) will surely follow this and give you update and further help if necessary when he’s back on the shift.

Things will work out. Just little patience. Have a nice day 🙂

i just  had a word with live staff member and he disconnected without giving any answer when i asked him to help me in getting my withdrawal. THIS IS DISGUSTING. IS THIS BEHAVIOUR DONE WITH IT'S MEMBERS? I HAVE DOWNLOADED THE CHAT AND HAVE ATTACHED HERE. I NEED AN ANSWER ABOUT MY FUNDS? WHEN WILL I GET THEM BACK? @Jami-Unibet @GotKot99

Hi @anmol arora,

The chat disconnect seems weird. (Remember also that this is a public forum, so be careful what information you want to disclose for everyone to see, for example, personal information revealed in chat transcript.) I have never experienced such a thing.

I would advise to try contact again. Maybe the above was just an isolated incidence.
