NBA Coach of the Year VOID?

I put down €400 on Ime Udoka as Coach of the Year but he is now suspended for the entire season.

Is my bet now void (and therefore returned)?

Hey @Ticket! Apologies for the delay. Unfortunately the bet will not be voided as per the rules b.5.11: 

• Lors du placement de paris « Vainqueur compétition » ou « Placé », aucune mise ne sera remboursée sur les participants/dénouements qui ne prennent pas part ou qui se retirent d'un évènement (avant et pendant), à moins d'une indication contraire. Unibet se réserve le droit, à sa propre convenance, d'appliquer la règle 4 Tattersalls, telle qu'elle est expliquée dans , à n'importe quelle compétition ce qui sera déclaré en rapport à la soumission de pari et/ou à la règle particulière au sport en question.

 

• When placing “Competition Winner” or “Placed” bets, no stake will be refunded.
  on participants/outcomes not taking part or withdrawing from an event (before and
  during), unless otherwise specified. Unibet reserves the right, at its own discretion,
  apply Tattersalls Rule 4, as explained in <Section B, Paragraph 6>, to any
  which competition what will be declared in relation to the betting offer and/or the particular rule at the
  sport in question.
