Verification delayed

This company is one big scam, when you lose no one bothers you with your payout. If it turns out that you win money, they will lose your life, do not write back, do not verify documents, use practices that force you to lose money! I opened an account with Unibet.com on July 27, 2022. My documents and verification was successful, I deposit £ 310. Then I won almost 11,000 pounds, when I won my money was granted and I started with the account, the company has not written back for 3 weeks, does not verify the documents for which they asked I won the money. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND AVOID BETTING HERE THEM! The case was reported to the gambling commission and my lawyer had a make lawsuit!

Hey @LouisViolin, the verification case is still ongoing and I see the latest update on your account is from today. I will ask the team for an update but it will obviously not happen today as it's 11pm.

Another lie from unibet. Are you kidding me? "delayed Verification"? hahaha it's a scandal. This is not a delayed verification, it is a clear fraud on your part and practice to discourage me from withdrawing or losing money. I present below more evidence for lies.

On September 4, I sent them further documents for verification, which they asked for.


However, today, 9 days later, I received this information from them:

Once again, I warn you against playing with this Bookmaker! They'll do whatever it takes to keep you from withdrawing your money and will make you wait months for payment, or only a lawsuit can safe you before receiving the money.

Hey @LouisViolin! I fail to see how that communication is fraud or fraudulent in any way. All verification cases are different and unfortunately some of them will take longer than others.

Absolutely not! This is not done to delay anything on purpose and we are not trying to discourage you from withdrawing or trying to courage you to lose money. In fact we have blocked all gaming activities on your account so you could not lose the funds even if you wanted to. 

All that being said, I am still talking with the team and will hopefully have an update for you ASAP.

Maybe eastern european playing UK using paypal as payment method raised some flags 😉

I’ll join my thoughts with what @Livertool said: If everything is legit don’t worry, you’ll get your money. These things take their time.

I understand you’re in a somewhat irritable situation. ~£11 000 is a lot of money (at least, to many people) and of course you are eager to have it. But as already said, I’m sure this will be sorted out justly.

For what it’s worth, Unibet and the staff here in the Community have always treated me fairly, respectfully, and been helpful. When there have been some problems (nothing of this magnitude in my case, but still), they have always been taken care of and/or compensated if necessary. Just try to stay patient, and let us know if we can help you in anyway.

I do understand your frustration, I have been on the receiving end of verification cases myself as well. But as I've said, the team is working on it and I have been in contact with the team to get an update/get it sorted ASAP. I just wanted to set straight the previously mentioned statements of us trying to delay it on purpose or trying to get you to lose the money. That's not how we operate at all. 

As @Livertooland @GotKot99 said as well, there is nothing to be worried about (nor would I personally consider that "being treated as shit") when everything is done by the book, it'll just be verification case and then a payout.

And if you do go through the cases you can see that they have been dealt with as promptly as possible.

Thank you for this, and this is a two way street. What I am providing here in Community is an "extra*" service. I'll do my best to help you but I do also expect to be treated with respect in return. I understand that we are talking about large sums of money and things may get heated but the way we communicate here needs to be respectful and civil.

Well i've been customer around 20 years without major problems so this tip is not good for me atm. In the future? Who knows...

I think you fail to realize that what happened you here would have probly happened in any booker. Like said, newbie customer winning large amount of money is something that every selfrespecting company would check, especially using paypal and not from player's origin country. Difference is that some of them would already settled case one way or other depending if actions were legit or not. 

It is what it is, nothing more nothing less.
