Johna Posted September 2, 2022 Share Posted September 2, 2022 Signed up, deposited, won £1000 and now my withdrawal is on hold and no one is telling me why, just keep saying it will be in by this day, and it still doesn’t go in. Can someone please advise how long this will actually take ? I take it that you already contacted the Customer Support from your words “just keep saying it will be in…”. I guess withdrawals can take some time depending on various reasons. I believe there are no need for worrying, if everything is otherwise in order. Customer Service live chat (https://unibet-int.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch) should be open 24/7 in English, if you have something urgent. I’ll also tag @Jami-Unibet who will be able to help you if needs be (and as soon as he’s around). (I have been tagging him recently so often, I fear he is close to burnout soon 🥶. Withdrawal via ecopayz is within 12 hours on average. and i have been waiting for 6 days and no one is communicating with me. I am not a novice, What is going on? I spoke to someone on chat and they said they don't know but it will be sorted asap. The withdrawal should have take only a few minutes. I hope I will get that today please!....
