Tja115 Posted September 1, 2022 Share Posted September 1, 2022 I have made a withdrawal request recently through bank transfer in which I had to verify through my banking app however it has been placed on hold. I have spoke to the live chat team who have said I need to upload a bank statement but there is no option to do that anywhere. could I please have some news on this as it is frustrating having to wait for my money Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Most recently they needed more evidence that I could afford the limits I requested. It’s insane. I’ve had to send in Pay slips, bank statements, show deposits from one account to another. Still no updates after waiting another week after giving them more information. All of this AFTER they’ve already taken and let you use money on the site. Such bad practice.
