And I thought mine was bad lol, I've been waiting since early July. From 30th April till 19th August is extremely long, you have the patience of a saint. I'm in the same boat, thought I was getting somewhere with my documents but now just being delayed in other ways. I find the lack of communication really bizarre for a global betting company - in both cases I see we were expecting updates last week and no one from Unibet has replied.
