Still waiting for my account to be verified

My gosh... And I thought mine was bad lol, I've been waiting since early July. From 30th April till 19th August is extremely long, you have the patience of a saint. Now I'm praying that mine doesn't go over 3 months like your case. 😞

All cases are different. 🙂

I've said it many times and I'll say it again, if even 10% of the people who get their verification case sorted within a few hours would comment here, that would be all you see. 🙂

But please feel free to open a thread and I can take a look at your case if I haven't done so already. 🙂

I'm in the same boat, thought I was getting somewhere with my documents but now just being delayed in other ways. I find the lack of communication really bizarre for a global betting company - in both cases I see we were expecting updates last week and no one from Unibet has replied.

@Jami-Unibet I have and also looked on my account to see if any verification has been requested but will got 3 pending on there atm. Thanks so far for you help. Let’s hope we can get this fixed.

If this has been requested, it means you've made a deposit or a withdrawal from a 3rd party account which is against our T&Cs. These cases will obviously take longer than a normal verification case. That being said, I'll have an update for you tomorrow. 🙂

No deposit or withdrawal are made from a 3rd party I can assure you that only my personal account.
