unable to unregister to a live event direct buy in

I register to a live event direct buy in (belgian championship day 1b) and i cant unregister. I dont understand why.

Please someone help me for that.

Hi @Dr-Hookman1, the reason you can't unregister from these direct buy-in holding tanks is because when a customer registers, their details are added to a list that goes to the casino ahead of the event. It becomes very easy to lose track of who has registered and unregistered if customers can do that at will so de-registration is disabled.

I've manually de-registered you and made the assumption that as you registered the 1B holding tank, you'd like to play 1B, rather than 1A, using the seat you won earlier in the year and ]have made a note of that on our player list. If this is not the case, let me know and I'll move you back to 1A
