Verification checks/proof of earnings

So I joined unibet a few years ago placed many bets, including some big losing bets.

I had a winner well over a week ago now and since then they have suspended my account whilst they go through verification/proof of earnings checks.

I have contacted live support on many occasions as it states on their site that this will take up to 48h or occasionally up to 5 working days during busy periods, currently waiting on 10 days and counting and haven’t heard a sniff from them, despite also phoning there customer service helpline and being told that someone had been contacted in that department and would get back to me.

This is all becoming abit of a joke now as it’s coming to the end of the month and it seems from previous blogs on here that this isn’t An unusual occurrence.

Can someone please actually look into this for me instead of fobbing me off with a load of rubbish.
