Same old story, the promotions have issues all the time. Fire the team please. So many issues, i have lost count @Jami-Unibet, but call us biased. Any news about NBA promo? Finally, I would like to add that in the morning I contacted the unibet chat informing them about the problem and the first 2 agents simply disconnected without giving me an answer. Livertool Posted June 30, 2022 Share Posted June 30, 2022 Lets just agree that it was mystery promo 😄 On 24th i got email from kolikkopelit of it, mail said that free scratchcards available for whole campaign time but what was campaign time was nowhere to be found. Thought i check other kindreds too just in case they got freebies too thou no notification and they had. But since then it has been bit of lottery on which sites got them and which not. For past two days casinohuone didn't have but maria, unibet, bingo and kp had. Today unibet, kp were missing but rest of sites got them. Today, after reading this thread, I checked and.......................... ...........................BINGO! (See what I did there? 🤣🤣🤣) The result............................. ......................confusion! According to the banner and the total at the bottom I won £0.25, but the session result was -£0.20! despite only playing those three spins. However my balance did go up a truly astonishing £0.25. I'm not being mean here, after all 25p is 25p, but for those missing out it's not life changing jackpots at stake here. It's certainly a mystery when or where it appears. Kinda weird (once again). My daily scratchcards (using iPad) have come visible when I have clicked the game open: it reveals the banner and the star were one can open the scratchcard. No winnings worth mentioning here either though. I opened the game, and had a popup message that im playing my last free round (i won 3 spins yesterday on the scratchcard but played all of them i believe). I hit the play button and ... it took the money from my balance. 🙄 Luckily i had 10 cents set as default, so not a biggie but also not a good thing. Checking my account history it happened the second time this month! I often clear the cache and cookies, and i got no other idea what could cause it. Anyone else had the same issue? How to avoid it, why its happening @anyone not on vacation? And is Unibet able to stop the downhill?
