Can’t cash out

I had the following sport bet:

Double chance in one football match (X2);

And bet builder of two bets (over 2.5 yellow cards and 3 way handicap for Liverpool to win with more than 1 goal) in another match that startet later than the first one.

 

However, at the end everything was winning but throughout the second match I couldn’t cash out at any moment which felt so weird.

Can you cash out in this website??? If not it would be so disappointing.
