Slate House & Delta Work returns

Hi, I placed an each way bet today and it said you were offering 6 places. Slate House came 6th but is listed as Lost.  Also, was there a Rule 4 yesterday? As my e/w 5/1 Delta Work return appears short @ 5th of the odds.
