Unable to see the roulette table, video only displays a butterfly looking symbol

Hi,

I live in Stockholm , Sweden and I have tried 2 different computers and 3 different browsers but since 2 days ago i can not see the roulette disc and the girl spinning the ball.
It's a blurred picture and a symbol that looks like a butterfly in the middle. See the attached picture. The game is actually going on but i can't see her or the table.
Sometimes i can get it working but suddenly it disappears again. I have 50 Mb/S internet connection which is working good.

Since i can't contact Unibet support in any way, i try to post it here.
