Stubbe-Unibet
As you might have seen in the release notes for Tuesday, we've got a new "Loyalty Points Race" promo in store for you. The promo page will be live the 29th of November, so I thought I'd share some promo details here first, so you know what to expect. The race is quite untraditional in the sense that it isn't game type specific. It's all games combined into one race: rake on cash, HexaPro, SNG and MTT's all give you points and there's just one leaderboard. As the name indicates, it's a race based on the loyalty points/XP collected: you get 1 XP per 1 cent paid in rake. The leaderboards are weekly and there'll be five in total: 29/11 - 05/12 06/12 - 12/12 13/12 - 19/12 20/12 - 26/12 27/12 - 02/01/22 Top 100 every week is paid according to the table below. Position Prize 1 € 1,000 2 € 750 3 € 550 4 € 400 5 € 350 6 € 325 7 € 300 8 € 275 9 € 250 10 € 225 11 € 215 12-14 € 200 15-19 € 175 20-24 € 150 25-29 € 125 30-39 € 100 40-49 € 90 50-59 € 80 60-69 € 70 70-80 € 60 81-90 € 50 91-100 € 45 Key terms and conditions (not the full list; it'll be on the promo page) The prizes are paid in cash before Tuesday 20:00 the following week Denmark, Sweden and Belgium are excluded from this promotion, due to local regulations 12 1 Check the latest poker release notes. Estzen
It would be cool, if the diffrent variants would be separate leaderboards, but then again I understand from Unibet point of view its better to have it general. Tho its much harder to pay more rake with MTTs. 😄

Wizard
I really like this format, I think its a big improvement. I agree that it is not traditional, however I think the traditional style rake races for specific stakes / formats have subtle drawbacks. People who play a wide range of stakes and games get penalised in the traditional structures (eg a 100NL flop race) because its much MUCH better to just play eg infinite 100nl, vs a bit of 100nl, a bit of 200nl, some 50nl, some plo, some SNGs, some hexas etc. The infinite volume 100nl player might rake less than the player playing a bit of everything but get more in rewards which is nonsensical. This is also a big deal because a lot of new / recreational players like to play a mix of different things, whereas many of the 'for profit' players will specialise and do nothing but play one format eg. Hexas, or high stakes PLO. If there is a rake race for 100nl exclusively, it kind of discourages anyone from moving up or doing anything other than playing 100nl. If all the 100nl games break at 2am then people aren't inclined to play 50nl or 200nl for a bit, because it contributes nothing to the 100nl rake race, and playing a small amount of 200nl will never get them into the 200nl rake race. With this structure in December, everything is rewarded equally. Personally I also prefer weekly vs monthly rewards, though I'm not fanatical about this. There may be people who complain that its unfair that someone playing 50nl is competing with someone at 400nl, but they miss the point. Obviously someone who only plays 50nl wont win the 1k 1st prize, but no promo ever will award 1k euro for someone who plays 50nl for a week! (if you know anywhere giving away 1k a week for 50nl grinders then HMU) Winning 70 euro for coming 65th in a universal rake race is the same thing as winning 70 euro for coming 1st in a rake race exclusive to 50nl. FWIW I expect to be on the leaderboard but not right at the top. Much love to the dev team, there have been a bunch of changes recently and I think almost all of them are improvements both for the site and the players.
Estzen
It all good, but in the end, people who play cash rake more and are more probable to win these races 😉
