It got me thinking about gambling-themed movies and TV shows that I might have seen but didn’t realize it. When I started thinking about it, with the exception of Oceans 11, 12, & 13, I couldn’t really remember any older, but great movies that used casinos and gambling as the main theme. Since I really love older movies (I’m not talking black and white motion pictures, but like movies from the 80s and 90s), I thought it might be fun to create a list of such flicks to watch. Naturally, internet browsing led to nothing, which is ultimately the reason for this post. Does anybody remember any good gambling movies (James Bond not included!) that might be worth watching? I figured personal recommendations might be the best course of action since us gamblers like to watch them to pick up tips and tricks. What’s the most recent gambling movie you’ve seen? Is it a scam or is it genuine, rated 7.3 and worth watching. But i remember few scenes that has been alright, in Sopranos for example.
