I currently have a 27inch (1920x1080) and am looking for higher resolution and maybe 30 inch+, but i can see a lot of options: wide, ultrawide,.. and have no idea what's best for poker. Stubbe-Unibet Posted September 15, 2021 Share Posted September 15, 2021 If you play up to 14 tables and want to play them all on one screen, I definitely think a wider option is worth considering. It's difficult to give you advise, without knowing what else you use the computer for. Ultra wide screens I would never recommend to someone who's mostly browsing the internet and playing a bit of poker, but if you're doing video editing and more "advanced" stuff, it could definitely be the right choice. Size of the screen also depends on factors like how big your desk is, how far you typically sit from the screen etc. 30-32 inch is likely a nice size for a single-screen setup (I've always used 2-3 monitors, so can't comment much on that based on personal experience). I'm currently using a 1440p 27 inch as main monitor and then I've got another two 24 inch which I'm mostly using for Skype/Teams/Discord, Spotify and secondary browser window. 1 Check the latest poker release notes. ladyluckpls Posted September 15, 2021 Author Share Posted September 15, 2021 (edited) cheerz for answers, I don't do advanced stuff, other than grinding , I just play games like Apex predator and Overwatch. at the moment im using a 2 screen setup of 27inch and 24inch so i do have some space on my desk or can get a bigger desk 🙂 is 1440p a good resolution or should I look for UHD 4k? I think 2k is the sweet spot nowadays. For 4k you want a 32inch or more.
