However, Katsuta has withdrawn his entry due to his co-driver becoming unvailable: Crucially, this has happened before the rally has started, as the competition does not begin until Thurs 9 Sept. Can I expect a refund on my placed bet, as the competitor did not participate in the event, therefore making the original wager invalid? Thanks. This bet will not be voided as per T&Cs, Section C.19.7: 7) In "Outright" or "Place" bets, no refunds will apply on those participants who do not take part for any reason, for the session/event/championship to which the offer refers to."
