Slot Games not Working Properly Since the New Lobby Update

I mentioned the other day on the casino forum page that games were not working properly on Firefox since the update. I am now using a different laptop and am having the same problem. The reels either spin so slowly that it makes the game unplayable (Sticky Cowboys) or they run for a few spins then slow down or keep spinning for a few minutes (Wolf Gold, Mustang Gold, Mega Moolah), the same thing happens with some in Chrome too. I closed my session down last night because it became too frustrating to use; is there any way of reverting back to the old lobby so the games will play properly again?

@sjlloyd sorry to hear that! Quickly checked with the casino team and they aren't aware of any lag/gameplay issues related to the new lobby.

Can you by any chance capture a small recording of the issue? It'd also be great to get a few details about your computer. If you're using Windows, a screenshot from the directx tool System and Display tab is perfect (click the start icon - the windows flag in the lower left corner -, type dxdiag, open the dxdiag tool and then take a picture/screenshot of the system and the display tab). 

Also might as well try the universal browser hotfix of deleting all cookies 🙂

@Livertool, @Rushbie, @anyoneelse experienced anything like this?

I have no idea how to do a video of the issues (technophobe) but here's the screenshots of the system and display tabs. I think the latest update of the lobby may be too much for the graphic card of my laptop. Maybe one of the game developers would like to give me a big win so I can buy a new laptop. 🙂

Works fine for me.

Except don't know what is this? Really some sort of promo or just spam worth to email and message me? Some kind of euro mysterious promo. Well, got that right, mysterious indeed.

And when you click check the price, it just takes you to casino lobby with exception that there is "foryou" at the end of line

In a bit hurry to liquor store now before evenigs matches now, but looks like a typical Firefox-problem with a relatively old device for me 🤔
Can't bet on that, tho, coz I'm currently having same eternal malfunction on Firefox, like with most newly added games ever, with the freespins promo:

@sjlloyd for now, I would recommend to just use Google Chrome, as that should work just fine. I do see an issue on Firefox on my work laptop: some games aren't as smooth on new lobby sites as the old. 

It is being looked into but in the meantime can you confirm which version of Firefox you are using? You can check it by going to this site: http://supportdetails.net/
