With the league almost being concluded, I'd love to hear your thoughts on it: what did you like and what would you change?

For the next one, I'm planning to change to a more traditional leaderboard formula (most likely same I did for UOS) but with the twist the active community members get a 15% points boost or similar.

Thoughts?

Active members boost and traditional board +1

Do not schedule them when there is major football matches same time.

No weird games (like ante or banzai)but those that peeps really want to play.

Run each of buy in everyday we play, instead of same buy in, so you don't lose chance for points in two tournaments if you can't play some night.

And main thing, get that stream running so there is even entertainment value when you get ducked at river.

Oh yeah, price for leaderboard that interests all players and not just grinders.

To bet or not to bet, that is the question.

Agree. This and the community chat is a must-have for next league. This time I just wanted it done before the Euros, regardless of what could be ready on the new platform.

This is difficult, unless we want to have breaks (entire weeks) in the middle of the league. Also prefer to have just one day a week you will need to play for each leaderboard. Some only compete on the 1e leaderboard, and then it would of course suck for them to suddenly have to be available 3 days a week instead of 1.

I personally think there is a very good balance with the prices. The jackpot prizes are for everyone, as you just need to play one day. The overlay is obviously for everyone as well. Same goes for employee bounties (which there weren't enough of this time). Bonuspoints leaderboard prizes still very good as well, if you consider the number of tournaments and investment needed 🙂

Prizes paid. Congrats to the winners! @klmn196 took it down on the very last day with a win and 2nd place, almost winning the 1100e ticket :0lucky1:

@GR1ZZL3R almost managed to catch up with @Rushbie but the decimals kept him in third.

Thanks. But can I get a ticket to the Supermoon tournament? (My email address changed and I don't know my old password.)

The two Supermoon tickets have already been claimed, unfortunately 😞

I agree with @Livertool that having no Ante-ups and Banzai tourneys is good.

I think that the turbos were more like hypers and a slightly bigger starting stack or/and smoother level transition would prevent them from turning into all-in fest.

I liked everything else 🙂

Congratulations to all participants and winners, it is the first league in which I entered the awards. With all the evils written on my part so far under the impulse of nerves, I must admit that it was a successful league., ,,Unibet" remains the best.Thank You !!!🙂

A suggestion from me to sign up for a number of consecutive tournaments, to bring a number of extra points.

Registering one hour in advance would receive extra chips. Banzai tournaments I don't think should exist in the league.

I criticize what I don't like"!!!

The concept of the league was a great idea, built on from an original idea by @Livertoolfor a few friendly private games, and has been added to with extra prizes and much value, thank you.

It sounds like it was a bit of a rush this time to fit it in but I also think a dedicated stream enhances it so much with "live" chat, mods entering always adds that extra edginess, even more than the excellent value now, not just financially, we all want to knock one of you out ( on the tables, not physically 🥊 )  I like the scheduling over 3 seperate nights for each level, and 6 weeks seems pretty good. I like the prizes, I probably wouldn't have won as much if all players actually played with their comm. aliases but that really is a must. It's more like being at a party and having to keep asking "Who's that?" and am 50/50 on weird tourneys like banzai and antes, much more luck needed ( certainly in my case ) but I suppose why not.

I like them. 🍻

Just a summary of my thoughts for the next one, given the feedback thus far:

  • Continue with 6 weeks, 3 buyin levels and each level having its own dedicated day
  • Remove the Banzai bounty tournament (I would like to continue with ante only format)
  • Slow down a few of the tournaments a bit more
  • Chat and stream schedule for next league
  • Move to a more traditional leaderboard formula and reward active community members with a points boost of 15% or so
  • Potentially get promotion pages on the main website, promoting the community league (cause why not? Will mean more participants and hopefully more activity on here, and with the alias requirement and active members boost, I think it is good for everyone)

I have no problem with Banzai, I'd say I actually like it (Degen Alert), but the ante-only format is really boring for me.

Agree with what's been told earlier about removing banzai and ante only, but in addition to that I would limit or just remove PLO from the schedule as well, because it's also super high variance, which makes it very hard to win one of the jackpots on the same day. And maybe more importantly, I just don't have any enjoyment playing PLO/ante only/etc and mainly play them only when I have to - they just take too much attention away from my other tables and unfortunately they're just not that fun for me 😦

Couple of other suggestions as well. First of, as I've seen a lot of community members playing in €25+ events, so I would experiment adding a higher buy-in (€25) to the community league as well. If it doesn't get a lot of members, just cancel it after first week with no leaderboard prizes being payed out, no problem. At least we tried it out then 👌

And secondly, I would make the next community league maybe just before, but definitely not during UOS as I imagine a lot of players can have very limited table space available during that time. Also, if you're playing the high events also, it's really hard to justify playing a €100 and €1 tourny at the same time, it's just really not worth it 😄

Sorry if it got a bit long, just my 2 cents on this 🤔

I disagree with that, most community members are here for a good time, so Banzai and PLO are fun games.

I guess starting a pool with buy-ins, game types, etc, 1 week before the start could make it better.

Don't cut my post like that, please 😀 I said would limit or just remove PLO from the schedule as well with one of the main reasons being that it's just not that fun more me 😦 I guess we just have to agree to disagree on PLO 👌

But I agree that Banzai can definitely be super fun though 👍
