Disconnections/Can't login to poker client

Hello,

First of all, I was disconnecting from poker client while playing poker many times, when came back short in blinds. I got 2 Internet. All Internet options was working properly dual disconnections (Youtube, Spotify etc). I asked refund with screen shots, tourney ID and etc. 200euros or so. Moderators asked log file and etc. I sent it all. Moderators make my case urgent. 2 Days no response -still must wait. In case I can't play 4 days, because of software problems, lost money dual disconnection when my Internet was okay.

Secondly, I started can't login to poker client properly. Attaching files below.

Just hoping to play soon, because losing time and money. But as seems so just need to wait new releases of Unibet software to play normal. Other sites running good, no disconnections and etc.

Have received refund (70 percent of it) via Bonus points. It is okay.

But secondly I still can't login and and disconnections occurs. As the attached files show above.

All drivers was updated automatically and manually (best drivers installed) as support asked. Computer runs more smoothly now, but the same problem from Unibet did not disappear. Other pokers soft working normally as should be.

Hey @lahm, how far in the process do you get when attempting to sign in? Bit confused by the logs and your screenshot. Can confirm there were no server issues on our end and issue seems to be local.

Check the latest poker release notes. Have a look at our poker promotions

Some times I can login clearly fast, but mostly occurs login problem.

I updated all drivers as I mentioned. No problems or something like that.

I sent already new log files. It is seems ok.

As I find out in the forum topics that, was others people with the same problem as mine.
