Withdrawals denied by bank

This is so frustrating. My bank has denied my withdrawals and I have tried to find a solution with the Norwegian support team. They keep telling me there is nothing they can do. It is quite a bit of money and about 5 transactions that are denied. I have sent all proof that the money have not been transfered to my bank account and I have requested the money back to my Unibet account so that I can use another withdrawal option. However, nothing is happening and I am about to lose my patience.  It is not my fault I have not received the money and I feel that Unibet should help me out but I am told there is nothing they can do. 

Like i stated earlier: the transfers are denied by my bank and I have sent proof that I have not received them. I want these money back to my Unibet account so that I can use another withdrawal option.  How hard can it be? 

Who can I get in touch with who are not the Norwegian team? I need to get a hold of someone in charge
