NO TICKET FOR THE SECOND TIME!!! please solve this!

Hi @klaudiuss1,

I apologise for saying you had been credited your ticket when you had not. When I opened my work laptop today your account is still an open tab so I'm not sure how I managed to look up another account in the poker back office but I did.

I won't apologise for the tone of my reply. There was already a thread for customers that wanted to claim their missing ticket and everyone in there managed to calmly post in it and join the queue. There was no need to open a another thread in all caps demanding your specific case be looked at. The only reason I looked at it was because I thought CS had already informed you that a ticket was credited from earlier in the day and I'd missed the credit then.
