Triple Whammy.

I keep trying (and failing) but once the bug has bitten it can be very hard to let go, so here we go again again.

I've given up trying to follow tipsters, napsters, best bets of the day, form lines, trainer form, jockey form or indeed any sort of form or set rules. I try too much to have a set of rules to follow, sometimes they work and other times they don't, and I have a tendency to give up too soon when things are not running well. I can sometimes have no bets in a day, not enough, or pick eight or nine, too many, so now it's straight forward, three per day even if I think there's only one good shot, making up the numbers from the dross, or three per day even if I think there's eight good chances, whittling them down. The main rule is not to look at results afterwards and cry that I would have backed that, only look at the results of races I've bet on. Keep It Simple Stupid. 🤣 A straight pound on each and a little patent, just in case. Bankroll of the usual £100 and play it out till the end. Here's hoping. :cash:

Gl but i would stay in earlier behaviour. Nothing to bet in one day, don't bet and use saved money on other day for more winners that you feel good about or higher stakes. I don't think it works out good if you force yourself exact number of winners per day. At least don't work out for me in sport bets.

@ReCorpH

The racing pages are behaving very badly today.

Firstly showing no racing , taking forever to come back on, eventually placing my bets, the money taken but not showing the bets anywhere. Seems more maintenance may be needed. :Teardrop:

WEEK 1 RESULTS

44346979_Screenshot(1070).thumb.png.1b0c04b9ee2ea711a1bb1f044e51c933.png

A slightly frustrating week with a few good priced selections just failing to hit the line first and a slip up on the betting progression. After 6 losses spread over days 3, 4, and 5 I was going to increase the bet size but forgot,:Teardrop: and Breguet Boy and the two previous selections should have been bet at €1.50. This would have brought that sequence back level, but as I've said, it's no good looking back and saying what should have been, that's gone and now forgotten. Overall a loss of €1.50 on 19 picks is not too bad a start, well within expectations, so the quest continues. :Smile::Thumbsup:

WEEK 2

1401285085_Screenshot(1107).png.2234aa89d73715954c8db6c8d7b66700.png

A great start to the week with a 7/1 winner brought me into profit but then a couple of losing runs with the inevitable 2nd and 3rd places sprinkled inbetween led to an overall loss of £4.17 on the week, a running total of £5.67 defecit. Not too bad overall, hopefully a little bit more luck this week may turn things around. :Smile:
