Anne59 Posted February 1, 2021 Share Posted February 1, 2021 I placed a £40 bonus on Chelsea v Wolves and won £170. Apparently I accepted another bonus after that which cancelled my bet. Makes no sense to me. I signed up for the £40 bonus + £10 casino bonus. The welcome offer states the sports book bonus must be wagered before using the casino bonus. This is what I did, I wagered £40 on the game so it was wagered then I used the casino bonus. Obviously if I knew that they meant then I would have done so. It just seems like a ❤️♥️❤️ to me. Why would you entice new customers with such an offer to the mug them off. I understand I made a mistake. So give me the £170 as a bonus as a goodwill to be wagered a few more times. Unfortunately can't help you with a new bonus, as I don't have access to the system, but sure @ReCorpH can find a solution for you :) Just for full transparency and in case someone else is reading this thread, I want to highlight that there is a big warning shown, if you try to accept a bonus when already having one active (it will tell you about the bonus funds but also pending bets). Having multiple bonuses active isn't allowed for simplicity and technical reasons. It'd be quite the nightmare in terms of wagering, if you had multiple bonuses active which can be used for the same product. 1 Check the latest poker release notes.
