Account Verification

I was asked to verify my account and finally got to doing it during Nov/Dec 2020. I have 159 pounds left in my account which I'd like to withdraw, but the verification process has been dragging on for a long time. I have contacted unibet for support several times now, and on many of these occasions, I have been asked to provide a new set of documents, which I have promptly done so. Yet, I still am not getting a proper update when I ask whether the checks have been completed. How long does it take for the verification to be completed? I would like to seek some help here, as getting support from the customer service chat doesn't appear to yield much results for me. Thanks.
