Poor help with canselled withdrawals

5 whitdrawals at 31 of desember. Nothing happend next 8 days. Suddenly they canselled 4 of them and payd them again. they were at account next Day.

The 5th stands at payd out still. I have bank statement and everything. Now they Suddenly say its payd out with the other 4. 

I can proove its not. What to do.?? They have all the proof they Need. 

Customer service takes 3 days everytime.  Poor
