Tournaments do not appear in unibet software

Hi, I am trying to play a certain freeroll which doesnt appear in my client, nor at the unibet browser. Ive tried to search for it manually but it doesnt appear. I cleared cookies and reinstalled the program and nothing happens, still the same problem. This problem persisting since the starting of this year.
