Failed address verification

Hi team,

I have signed up about a couple of weeks ago but had an issue to prove my residiential address.

My passport had no problems at all to confirm but the proof of address document has been rejected for some reasons.

I assume it is written by Korean but that is an official goverment document having my current regidential address and identity.

Can you please check the document again and help my verification process?
