£5 risk free bet

I had a risk free bet showing on my account so I activated it and clicked "play" before sticking the required 10 on a game. It doesn't seem to have recognised the £10 bet and had not given me the bonus. I can't see the free bet in my account and i think I should have as soon as I made the bet?
