Welcome Bonus - not received

I signed up to UniBet and opted in to the Welcome Bonus of 'Bet £40 on racing and get money back as bonus if you lose + £10 casino bonus'.

I placed a bet on a horse who ended up being a non-runner so the money was refunded to me in full. I then went on to place another bet on a different horse to qualify for the promotion. This horse then lost. However, I have not received the £40 money back bonus or £10 casino bonus.

Please can someone advise?
