I have a 5euro mtt ticket is it possible to exchange into smaller amount like 1euro or can the date be extended.

Hi @liftboy71,

I can only see one €5 ticket in your account and it still has over a week left before expiry. We do not exchange generic tickets and as this ticket is a giveaway ticket it will not be extended either.
