Very disappointed with Unibet

I signed up on October, 27. Placed a bet (football, Champions League game) and before I could place a second bet my account was locked. I uploaded my passport (which was accepted right away) and an utility bill for varification and afterwards received an e-mail from Unibet Support which asked for addtional documents.

First they wanted proof that I transfered money from my account to Unibet. I sent them two deposit slips which I dwonloaded directly from my banks netbanking. It contained all the data you could think of. 

Then they wanted a full statement of account slip with all other deposits and withdrawals from my personal account. The other transactions I was allowed to cover. I sent them the full statement, again, directly from netbanking, as well as a screenshot from my netbanking transactions.

Then 5 days passed without hearing anything from Unibet. I I contacted them again asking what the problem might be. Account was locked at that time already for 7 days.

The support then told me that they needed a statement of account and  clarified what details must be on it e.g. IBAN, BIC, my name and so forth.. I told them that the statement that I already sent contained all of the details they ask for. I once again uploaded my documents and included two pictures of my debit card (front and back) so it is ultimately clear for them (or so I hoped) that this is my account. I also offered them to contact my bank in case anything is unclear. To date I dont know where the problem seems to be.

Two days later I asked about the progress they made with checking the documents. They just said that the documents haven't been checked so far. They state that the problem of long waiting times are also faced by other customers and asked for patience.

I am wating now for 14 days! My account is still locked and I havent heard anything from Unibet. In my account is a considerable amount of money and I am sick of waiting. I would appreciate it if anybody could look into this. I sent all the documents they asked for. So please resolve this quickly.

I will push your verification case to a higher priority and hopefully have it sorted by today, I will let you know as soon as I know more. Apologies for the wait and the poor communication.

Thank you guys. Let´s see if they can get their act together. Also feel sorry for everybody else who has to wait that long.

Normally they should start their verification process from the moment on when people open accounts with them and NOT after customers wire money to the accounts. This would also speed up the verification process on behalf of Unibet otherwise people would open up their acount elsewehere.
