Hello,

I am opening a thread because my Unibet poker account has been permanently suspended without any reason or explanation.

My story:
This year I moved to Tallinn, Estonia with 3 flatmates, also poker players. In April of this year we opened an account and start testing the hexapros.
Before starting to play we asked chat support if we could play together from the same house. The support answer was that the software separates us by having the same IP so there was no problem. We started to play, validated the accounts and it was alright.
Five months later they permanently blocked us from the poker software. We have not cheated, do not use any software, nor we have obviously never played with each other.
They do not give us any reason for this block, any explanation. They don't give us the option to talk to anyone and they tell us that this decision to block our poker accounts is non-negotiable. The only thing that they tell us is about the terms and conditions of Unibet (we attach screenshots of the emails where it appears). Nevertheless we are welcome in casino games but we can never play poker again.
In addition to not being able to play in their room again for no reason, they have returned the ATM funds to us but they do not return the bonuses / tickets / points (13000€ worth), nor 8 Unibet Open tickets (8800€ worth), we could not play these tournaments because we were blocked the first week of October.
According to them, we do not have the right to enjoy the money earned through the VIP system of the room, which has been a lot of hours and effort for us.
Is there really no option to continue playing in a room when you have not done anything illegal? And neither can we recover the money in bonuses / tickets / points that we had earned through the VIP system?
We need information and help about our situation please.
Thank youunibet.thumb.PNG.5c981dceab913cc1b079458d2b04b4fa.PNGimage_2020_11_03T15_35_27_189Z.png.0e453f72e9cc525b353c5d12d922cb30.png

@yeandama @Well I can’t comment on your ban obviously as I’m just a customer but if your account has been suspended due to terms and conditions then hey well within their right to withhold your bonuses earned through the loyalty program, it’s in the terms you agree to when opening an account.

You started a collusion with 3people, and are wondering why the fck youre treated differently?

This is why rats dont see themselves as rats.

Pff, even to make so much money, well, I've been playing for 15 years, of course, alone in the apartment😃, and I haven't even achieved the performance of 10% of these winnings. 😃Interesting.😏

Now I definitely have the answers to all my questions.😀

And this is why i Play on Unibet. Well done. 👍

If you think about it, this isn't really justice at all, just look at that clown Fedor Cruze how he escaped with just a Ban from most Poker Rooms and still got/remained with a lot of money for being Scum. Honestly i think Companies should work with Governments in the Near Future and besides taking all their money also add some prison time in the mix. After all wtf is the point of having a licence in most countries if there are no real repercussion's for criminal acts. Without real consequences they are encouraged to try and keep scamming.

So what happened here, or what is @yeandama  claiming? @yeandama opened an account and played with their flatmates from the same account? Or they opened separate accounts and played from the same flat without helping each other during play?

"In April of this year we opened an account and start testing the hexapros."

We opened an account

"We started to play, validated the accounts and it was alright."

validated the accounts

Which one is it? Having same account for many people to use is against the rules on probably every poker site.

Who knows again which parts were true and which not but overall i think he meant from same ip with accounts of their own. I don't know if that is so major issue cause with internet and mobile connections you could do that anyways these days.

What i would think is concerning (again if all is true) that they could play ❤️♥️❤️ load of poker in quite long period of time (according points and packages) without getting caught especially if they asked in advance can they play that way. Hardly thing that raises confidence for poker security

True. Maybe they played dirty for 5 months against me, you or any other player. In the end, Unibet took their money...but what they do with players that are affected? For sure nothing!

@FunckyFish you might want to read the thread again. We did not confiscate the cash balance/funds in this case. What we did keep is rakeback in form of tickets and points, as poker product was blocked.

When funds are confiscated, we do pay affected players.

Every case is unique, and I'm not going to comment further on this particular one. In more general terms, it's all a question of the violation(s), the proof and our confidence. It should - or rather will - never be an all or or nothing process; either we cease all funds and permanently ban customer or we sit on our hands and do nothing.

If we for instance strongly believe someone has been in violation of one or multiple game integrity rules, but we don't have rock solid proof, we don't confiscate the cash balance, but we'll certainly ban the player, and it's unlikely we will pay tickets or points in cash as a goodwill.

This the reason why i do not allow my GF to have account in Unibet...

We would not play same time but still IP is same....so there is possibility to get banned...

If they played in separate rooms, and did not ask from each other what to do is certain points in game....then it is bad decision by Unibet....but i will eat my hat if that is true...

And if u play HexaPro then this game is 3 handed....There is 3 players in same stakes...And there r times when over 5€ limit games die...so one way or another they will play against each other...and get prize for them...

If u want a chop u do not get it....
If u do not want chop u get it...

i have saying.....if even the thing is right then it have to look right...

so to keep thing clear...i will not let my gf to play here...😃

point is that if u play here u play solo/alone....that is the point....

If u want a chop u do not get it....
If u do not want chop u get it...

Hello. Not sure if this is the proper place to reply, but, as a 25-100eur HexaPro player, I'm having a hard time pinpointing the people that had their accounts closed, because the reg player pool hasn't shrunk and it's the same guys most likely using remote assistance (bots) in their plays. It is absolutely obvious there is non-human play involved in their thought process, and it wouldn't baffle me if it's these same guys with new usernames under different credentials.

Please look into : gastyi88, ffun, dooor3, mason15, jamesplo, norton6, HardYear and the likes, and you'll notice the oddness.

I really hope I'm wrong.
