Yes, it is rather inconvenient to wait weeks for verification (I am on day 12 now)......but it is borderline fraudulent to lock users while their bonuses are expiring. I have literally no way to satisfy the bonus requirements, which was the reason for my deposit in the first place. And what comes to documents, your case is on high priority but due to an influx of verification documents the informed times may vary.
