Verification and Withdrawal Waiting Time

Hi,

Last Sunday i uploaded my documents for verification. Help Section says "a few moments to 48 hours" to verify.

Since Monday i want do withdraw my money, but i can't because of the verification pending.

What makes it so impossible to verify your customer's documents in acceptable time?

Then, if ever i'll be verified, i will have to accept another waiting time for the withdrawal. Even though i want to withdraw since 3 days.

Do you agree that this is an annoying situation for your customers and that your concurrence is by far more customer friendly?

Enough of copy paste answers by your live chat agents, please get your customers the service they deserve.

@duhrrom I think that it can take up to 5 working days for Unibet to verify your documents. Tagging @ReCorpH maybe he can make something from you.

That's what i mean, first it's a few moments, then 48 hours, up to 5 working days... Some here write about weeks...

And after that cruisade comes the withdrawal cool down time.

While I unfortunately can not comment on the specific cases or case handling times, I can say that I've raised the priority of your case to the highest and assume it will be sorted out soon. :) I will try to update you here as soon as possible and you can then make a withdrawal.
