Rebuy in Unibet Open €4 ticket to €25 ticket failed, ticket void and game finished

Today in 19:05 hrs CET, my girlfriend busted in the 4€ ticket UO for 25€ ticket.

She was out, so she wanted to do a rebuy, so she chooses 4€ ticket. However, she was thrown out of the game, and also the 4€ ticket got lost.

Please re-imburse ticket of 4€.
