Incorrect Deductions

For Racing Support:

Why are Rule 4 deductions being made for the withdrawn reserves from a settled bet on the 1405 Tramore?

Deductions should not be made for Reserve Runners that do not race, please can you settle bets correctly.

Hi I just played casino black jack 

 

I left on a winning hand taking my balance 250 but it shows my last game on statement as losing and my balance consistent to that and being 200 , which is wrong. I checked the game history and it shows that game as winning , the hand values and the correct balance after that round. I have screened shot the results , what should I do?
