exchange 25 euro UO ticket

Hi, i won a 25 euro UO ticket today and wish to exchange it for 6 4 euro UO tickets. can i use the exchange built in to the client. the client gives a message about contacting the community. can someone help me as i am a new player. Thanks.

Hi @mesmith and welcome to the community 

Yeah, you can just register on the exchanger. Earlier it was needed to request an access on those, but that has changed and the exchangers are now open for everyone. Apparently there's still some outdated info on the description.

Once you have registered on it, you don't have to be logged in when the tournament happens to get the 6 * €4 tickets.

hi, out of curiousity, why would you exchange your ticket ? what are the advantages to go from 25 to 4 euto ticket tournement ?
