I'm  having the same issue.  Bank confirmed it was received but still nothing in my account.  Sent an email, we'll see what happens next

Hey @bjuras I only see a failed deposit. I will raise this to our payments department to see why it failed, but it should also automatically be refunded to your bank account if it was charged.

According to my bank the deposit was accepted on November 25.  It was sent on Nov 6 so if it had failed it would have been back in my bank account already i believe.  I have sent an email and am waiting to hear back from the payments department
