second buy in for EBC

I can't use my second ticket in the EBC freeroll. No option to rebuy/addon/start with a stack of 2000. What's going on? What am I missing here?

hello? level 6 is about to end and I still have a ticket left which I cannot use

I guess it wasn`t a re-entry tournament, had to use multiple tickets to get bigger stack when u registered before being already in the tournament.
