Hello Gentlemen , 

Hope that lots of people see my post regarding the problem am facing with unibet Service.

For 7 month the concerned department is taking time to confirm my account .everytime they ask for new documentation ,i've already submited my license , my proof of id , my front and back picture of visa card , even my bills with proof of adresse , till now the verification process is still going on.

My old visa damaged card has already been replaed by a new card that am actually using to put money in my unibet account.

Now they are asking me to give proof of ownership of my old damaged card , in my country  i pay my banker to give me the requested information as it is a paid service.

They say nothing can be done till they don't have the proof of ownership of the old card and I believe that this response is unfair

This mesage is adresse to the concerned department , your verification method is just a big waste of time , even your folllow up ethics sucks  , at least your team could send a mail to inform clients.  

Regarding my feedback,  my worst experience facing unibet unprofessional and incompetent unibet team ,  its a complete waste of time and waste of money with unibet service , your service suck and today you loose a client
