Account verification Issue

I have submitted all necessary documents, to verify my account, and i have even had many replies saying they werent sufficient. This has been going on for the past 2 week,s and this is really effecting my lifestyle, as this money that is stuck in the account is needed in real life. This is becoming ridiculous. 

The last documents i have sent are everything you could ask for. I am getting replied to faster, when the documents are not accepted. 

I appreciate this websites intention, to stop people from putting fake adresses, but i have supplied you with more than 5 Legit documents.

I hope someone could help me out, and resolve this issue once and for all.

Hey @Noori,

Unfortunately the only thing I can do is try to speed up the process of the documents getting checked. Did you receive a reply that the documents were not good? Have you sent/uploaded something new after that? :)

Yes i have recieved that my documents arent correct, and i sent new documents which are supposedly under process. Before that i got denied couple of times.

I have just posted 2 days ago 2 pictures, one of bank statements and one from my town hall (Official paper that i live here) and this paper is even 1 week old.

I do not know what else i need to do. This is getting out of hand. Do i need to personally prove somehow that i live here? I am really having a diffucult time with my money, and as time goes by, i am going deep into that hole.

Please tell me how can i get this to an end.

I checked up on the latest one, and it's not accepted as it is a print out. It needs to be something sent to your home via mail. You can send me a PM and I can check if we can accept something other than the standard ones, along with the other documents you've sent. :)
