Missing a withdrawal

I am missing one too. Sent a mail to the support, but no answer.. It is pretty annoying when they don`t give an answer..

Normally I use to get the money in my bank-account within 24 hours.. But not now even I made the withdrawal at Monday night and today it is Wednesday. I didn`t know that the bank-system could get covid-19.. Or @JeppeL ?

Hey @Nelly and @steppek77! Apologies about the delay. 

@Nelly, could you check if you have received them now? Everything seems to be done as usual from our side and should have no problems. If you have not reeived it, I will PM you with further instructions on how we start to investigate this. 

Same for you @steppek77, on our end everything looks as should, and the withdrawal has been processed 12.5. during the morning hours. Could you let me know if it's still not received and I'll send you a PM as well. :)

I have not get my money in my bank account, @ReCorpH , even now after 5 days..

I did contact the bank DnB and the only answer I got, was that the bank are not allow to transfer money in or out at online-gambling.. :wonder: (???) Confusing since I have used the same debit-card all the time. 

So where is my money now? Not in my bank account, nor in my Unibet account.. :teardrop:

Hey @Nelly, have you received yours now?

@steppek77, if the bank straight out rejects it, then it should return to your Unibet account automatically, but I will have to confirm this with our payments department. It is not illegal, and what they say about "not being allowed" is simply not true. Last time this happened to one of our customers, it unfortunately took almost a month to get it eventually processed. I don't want to scare you, but that's not something we can control at all once the money has left us. Of course once it is returned, we can process it again via different routes. But in short, I will check with our payments department and we can track if we've been given any sort of notifications about it and will then get back to you. :)
