Money taken from account

Good Evening, 

 

I was playing a 5 dollar Deep space this afternoon. Once level 8 arrived I had just deposited 10 dollars so I could purchase the  add on and re buy. On the break I clicked both buttons for 5 dollar re buy and 5 dollar for the add on and I never received either or these. 

Could you please look into this for me? It was only 10 dollars but It was deposited for the add on purposely and I need received it.
