10k win on 22nd April still not paid out

I won 10500 on the 22nd April. I sent in all requested documents as requested to then be told the verification team had asked for the incorrect numbers to be blanked on my card. So I did it again as per there instructions. I waited patiently for them to get back to me. Then followed up yesterday and was told we forgot to forward it to verification team. 15 days on and I'm just getting messed around . Any help please ? I've screenshot all our live chat convos. Shame I cant share them
