I sent in all requested documents as requested to then be told the verification team had asked for the incorrect numbers to be blanked on my card. So I did it again as per there instructions. I waited patiently for them to get back to me. Then followed up yesterday and was told we forgot to forward it to verification team. 15 days on and I'm just getting messed around . Any help please ?
