Arranged a Private Tournament but not showing in the tournament list

Hoping for a Unibet rep to help with this.  I arranged for a private poker tournament for this evening at 8.30 but its not showing despite being only a few hours away.  I did receive an email from Andy (pokerevents@unibet.com) two days ago saying that it had been set up and will be active 10 hours before.  Ive tried finding a number to call on but your advisor said I need to put a comment on here and hope its resolved in time for the tournament.

In the form you filled in you requested the tournement to run weekly on a saturday.

Tournament start date and time (BST):    20:30 29/04/2020
Recurring tournament:    Yes
Recurring on what days:    Saturday
Recurring until date:    16/05/2020
Late registration:     No
Late reg. until level:     

I've set it to run tonight now and it should appear in about an hour.

Thanks for sorting it. I did ask for it to recur every Saturday but the initial request was for tonight, which is even on the part you've just copied and pasted, today is the 29/04/2020

Hi mate, it’s still not showing.  Is it definitely going to show in time as it’s only an hour or so away now? @Andy-Unibet

@goatylad, not sure what happened the second time around, but I have created a new one now. Should be in the client in 20 minutes or so.
