Cannot type the @ sign into poker client after the latest update in order to log in.

I can type the @ sign into any other program and then copypaste it or use my username to log in but I can't type the @ sign into the poker client. Maybe the poker client is forcing some strange language setting for my keyboard but the problem has to be in the poker client as I can type the @ sign anywhere else normally. (And copypaste works). And it started after the latest patch.

Have you tried if it changes the keyboard to english? Try shift + ä, that should be the standard one. 

Edit: Obviously this is not a fix, but will indicate if the issue is another language on keyboard on client.

Same here. Hungarian keyboard.

@ReCorpHare you kidding when you think i will change my keyboard every time when i log in? Anyway which key is that special a? i dont have it on my keyboard...

Last patch remembered my e-mail and had to type in just the pass, but now it forgets. Cant you just add an option to remember the e-mail and the password too? Webpage can do it so? Is it too complicated in 2020 or what?

Hey @Sparrow473,

The comment was not meant for you. but for @mastah4, as I know most likely which keyboard he has. I did not know the issue is for others as well, that's exactly why I'm asking for more information and not changing the status of the bug report. Every bit of information helps. 

Edit: And I'm not thinking anyone changes their keyboard but that the client login page might force the change. That's what I'm trying to test out here. :)

Hey @Sparrow473,

If I remember correctly, the password will not be remembered, but I will pass on the option to remember the email along with the whole thread, as it's not up to me nor I have any clue about the development resources and/or backlogs. :) But rest assured, it will go to the poker guys and they will let me know. :)

have the same problem. was told to update the app at 6pm, did so and when I should log in when it was done, it didn't work ... @ works everywhere else but not in the unibet app. have tried to uninstall and re-download many times. (like live chat suggested) but nothing works .. can of course play in browser but like the app :-P

same trubble. norway.. after uppdating app/client. cant loggin, cause I cant typ in  @ ..

@ReCorpH I was actually about to type a reply including in it that changing keyboard keyboard settings to US does not help. But then my girlfriend came home from work and I started cooking. But yeah, you guessed my keyboard setting right and I was also thinking it might be related. I was actually curious does it work for you.

Might me wrong , but why is everyone tring to put the email adress when it's same thing if you put the username instead? And this way , you don t need that @ sign

username does not work for me.. my only choice when i want to log in to the app is email adress.. (i have tried username)

My normal username...the same you use to log in the community as well...for me at least works just by using it.

I think username might be for old users only. My account is 10+ years old. Not sure if new users receive one.

In the poker client? It is asking my e-mail adress. i've tried my community name but after that it asked me where is the bus or the traffic lights on the picture, assumeing that we dont know it here, in Hungary... 🤣🤣🤣

We're aware of this issue and working on it. 

Temporary "solution" is to hold down ALT, type 064 on the numpad and let go of ALT, or copy and paste an @ sign
